Shipping and Returns

Return 

Product returns are only allowed when the delivery man is present in premises. Customers should check the product in front of the delivery man. If the customer needs to return the product, he/she should return through the delivery man paying the delivery charge, given the delivery charge (143 Taka for Out of Dhaka & Dhaka Sub Area) and 69 Taka for Inside DHaka) is still pending. 

There is no return once the delivery man leaves the premises. 

Exchange

The customer can ask for an exchange in case there are any issues with the product, may they be due to reasons created from the company end or consumer end. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of purchase of the product. 

Product exchange will be allowed in case:

  • The product is yet to be used and is fresh

  • The product quality remains same as it was delivered  or unused or as new

For exchange, delivery charge will be applicable if-

  • The issue is related to consumers (Wrong order placement, Wrong size or color communicated, wrong model ordered, wrong quality grade ordered)

The company will bear the cost of delivery charge and send for exchange-

  • If the problem of the product (spot, wrong, defect, damaged, incomplete) is found from company side

  • If the size of a product does not match with the one that was ordered

In case of exchange, the consumer will have to pay the balance amount in case the exchange product price is higher than the price already paid for the initially purchased product. In case the initial product price payment is due, the consumer will have to ensure payment during the corrected product delivery.
